Fuld damp
50 - 100 °C
Til dampning af grøntsager, korn, bælgfrugter, skal‐
dyr, terrine og desserter, der spises med ske.
Høj damp til stuvning
105 - 130 °C
Til tilberedning af småkogt og braiseret kød eller fisk,
brød og fjerkræ såvel som cheesecake og sammen‐
kogte retter.
Medium damp til sprød skorpe
135 - 150 °C
Til kød, sammenkogte retter, fyldte grøntsager, fisk
og gratin. På grund af kombinationen af damp og var‐
me får kødet en saftig og mør konsistens og en
sprød skorpe.
Hvis du indstiller timeren, tændes grillfunktionen
automatisk i de sidste minutter af tilberedningspro‐
cessen for at give retten en let gratin.
Lav damp til bagning og stegning
155 - 230 °C
Til stegte og bagte retter, kød, fisk, fjerkræ, fyldt but‐
terdej, tærter, muffins, gratin, grøntsager og bagte
varer.
Hvis du indstiller timeren og stiller maden på den før‐
ste rille, tændes der automatisk for undervarme i de
sidste minutter af tilberedningsprocessen for at give
retten en sprød bund.
