2.1. Montaggio del cavo del segnavento-anomometro
Si consiglia di montare il cavo del segnavento-anemometro prima di montare l’albero.
La staffa del sensore del segnavento-anemometro, all’estremità del cavo, deve essere
installato sulla testa d’albero come segue:
• Posizionare orizzontalmente la base della staffa.
• Il braccio del sensore segnavento-anemometro deve essere rivolto in avanti,
parallelo all’asse dell’imbarcazione.
• Fissare la staffa alla testa d’albero utilizzando le due viti Ø 4 mm.
• Praticare un foro di diametro 6 mm attraverso la testa d’albero, vicino alla
staffa, in modo da potere inserire il cavo nell’albero.
• Praticare un foro di diametro 6 mm nella parte inferiore dell’albero per
l’uscita del cavo.
• Posizionare una scatola di giunzione a tenuta stagna (optional su
www.advansea.com
) vicino alla base dell’albero, per collegare il cavo del
sensore segnavento-anemometro e facilitare un futuro disalberamento.
• Calcolare la lunghezza di cavo necessaria tra la staffa del sensore e la
scatola di giunzione. Aggiungere alcuni centimetri per collegare il cavo nella
scatola di giunzione.
• Tagliare il cavo del sensore in base alla lunghezza misurata e trattenere la
parte provvista di connettore preformato.
• Inserire il cavo del sensore attraverso il foro nella testa d’albero e farlo
scorrere verso il basso nella scanalatura portacavi, facendolo uscire
attraverso il foro alla base dell’albero. Fissare il cavo alla testa d’albero
utilizzando un dispositivo di serraggio per cavi e sigillare i fori praticati
nell’albero con un collante al silicone.
• Collegare l’estremità del cavo del sensore dotata di connettore preformato
al cavo del display WIND ed installare questo cavo nella scatola di giunzione
alla base dell’albero (optional su www.advansea.com).
• Inserire le 2 estremità del cavo del sensore nella scatola di giunzione alla
base dell’albero (optional su www.advansea.com
), spelare i fili e collegare i
due cavi rispettando il colore dei fili.
• Chiudere la scatola di giunzione alla base dell’albero (optional su
www.advansea.com
), assicurandosi che sia a tenuta stagna.
• Se avete deciso di non installare una scatola di giunzione alla base
dell’albero, saldate insieme i fili rispettandone il colore ed assicurandovi che
siano isolati l'uno rispetto all'altro. Assicuratevi inoltre che questo insieme
sia a tenuta stagna mediante sistemi quali guaine saldate retrattili al calore.
