7. Reklamationsrätt

I enlighet med gällande konsumentköplag har kunden rätt att reklamera braskaminen inom två år från

inköpsdatum. Kvitto med datum gäller som bevis. Reklamationsrätten täcker inte skador som har orsakats av

felaktig installation eller användning av braskaminen. Reklamationsrätten omfattar inte heller lösa delar eller

slitdelar (eldfasta stenar, glas, packningar, skenor, gjutjärnsgaller och handtag), eftersom dessa slits genom

vanlig användning. De här delarna kan köpas som reservdelar på www.aduroshop.com.

Reklamationsrätten omfattar inte heller:

• Skador som har orsakats av felaktig installation eller användning av braskaminen. t.ex. överhettning

och brist på underhåll av braskaminen.

• Skador på grund av (kondens)vatten i och runt skorstenen, för högt eller lågt skorstensdrag och brist

på underhåll/rengöring.

• Montering eller demontering vid reparation.

• Transportkostnader för reparation.

• Skador på braskaminen som orsakats av yttre påverkan eller skador som orsakas av kaminen på

andra föremål.
