El aire interior normal a 22 °C y 40% de humedad, que por general es el idóneo,
tiene – por ejemplo – un punto de rocío de aproximadamente 8 °C. Esta
información es especialmente útil para prevenir la formación de moho. Tan pronto
como la temperatura de, por ejemplo, muros exteriores alcanza el punto de rocío
o cae por debajo de el, la humedad se depositara; a largo plazo, esto puede
conducir a la formación de moho.
Comentarios: El rango de temperatura del punto de rocío del higrómetro se
extiende desde 0 °C a 50 °C. Si la temperatura del punto de rocío es superior a
50 °C, aparece “HH.H” en la pantalla; si está por debajo de 0 °C, aparece “LL.L”
en la pantalla.
