BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Dieses Gerät ist als Einschlafhilfe konzipiert und aus-
schließlich für den Privatgebrauch im Innenbereich
geeignet.
Für den gewerblichen Einsatz in Praxen oder bei Thera-
pien ist das Gerät nicht geeignet. Die Einschlafhilfe ist
kein Medizinprodukt.

SICHERHEIT
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Das Gerät enthält einen Lithium-
Ionen-Akku. Dieser darf nicht auseinander-
genommen, in Feuer geworfen oder kurz-
geschlossen werden. Explosionsgefahr!
Schützen Sie den eingebauten Akku vor
starker Hitze. Der Akku ist fest im Gerät
eingebaut und kann und darf nicht selbst
ausgetauscht oder ausgebaut werden.
Bei unsachgemäßem Ausbau des Akkus
besteht Explosionsgefahr. Wenn der Akku
defekt ist, wenden Sie sich an das Service
Center oder an eine Fachwerkstatt.
GEFAHR FÜR KINDER
Halten Sie Kinder von Verpackungsmaterial fern. Bei
Verschlucken besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
GEFAHR DURCH ELEKTRIZITÄT
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen am Artikel vor.
Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von einer Fachwerkstatt
durchführen, da nicht fachgerecht reparierte Geräte
eine Gefährdung für den Benutzer darstellen.
Öffnen Sie nicht das Gehäuse und stecken Sie keine
Gegenstände in die Gehäuseöffnungen.

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeiten gefüllten Gefäße
auf oder neben das Gerät. Das Gefäß kann umkippen
und die auslaufende Flüssigkeit die elektrische Sicher-
heit beeinträchtigen.
VORSICHT VOR SACHSCHÄDEN
Schützen Sie die Einschlafhilfe vor starken Stößen,
Erschütterungen, direkter Sonneneinstrahlung sowie
Schmutz und starker Feuchtigkeit.
Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen an dem Artikel vor.
Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von einer Fachwerkstatt
durchführen. Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparatu-
ren können erhebliche Gefährdungen für den Benut-
zer verursachen.
Stellen Sie die Einschlafhilfe nie auf oder in der Nähe
von heißen Oberflächen ab (z. B. Herdplatten etc.).
Setzen Sie die Einschlafhilfe niemals einer hoher
Temperatur (Heizung etc.) oder widrigen Witterungs-
einflüssen (Regen etc.) aus.
Legen Sie keine Gegenstände auf dem Gerät ab.
Das Gerät verfügt über Gummifüße. Da Oberflächen
aus den verschiedensten Materialien bestehen und
mit den unterschiedlichsten Pflegemitteln behandelt
werden, kann es nicht völlig ausgeschlossen werden,
dass manche dieser Stoffe Bestandteile enthalten, die
die Gummifüße angreifen und aufweichen. Legen Sie
ggf. eine rutschfeste Unterlage unter das Gerät.
Verwenden Sie nur Original-Zubehör.
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine aggressiven
chemischen Reinigungsmittel, Scheuermittel, harte
Schwämme o. ä.

ab Kaufdatum die kostenfreie Behebung von Mängeln
aufgrund von Material- oder Fabrikationsfehlern durch
Reparatur oder Austausch.
Bitte geben Sie den Artikel im Garantiefall mit dem Kauf-
beleg (unter Angabe des Reklamationsgrundes) an Ihren
Händler zurück.

AKKU AUFLADEN
−Verbinden Sie das beigelegte USB-Aufladekabel mit
der USB-Anschlussbuchse des Gerätes und mit der
USB-Buchse eines Computers (PC, Tablet, Notebook)
oder eines USB-Ladegerätes.
Die rote Kontrollleuchte zeigt den Ladevorgang an:
blinkt: Akku wird aufgeladen
leuchtet dauerhaft: Akku ist voll aufgeladen

Beachten Sie:
Die Ladedauer bei Inbetriebnahme beträgt ca.
1,5 Stunden.
Ein voller Akku reicht für eine Betriebsdauer von
ca. 6 Stunden.
ÜBER DIE EINSCHLAFHILFE
Das Gerät bietet Funktionen, die Ihnen beim Entspannen
und Einschlafen helfen können:
Diverse Naturklänge und Geräusche.
Ein Licht, das an die Decke projeziert wird und den
menschlichen Atem optisch simuliert. Passen Sie
Ihren Atem an das Licht an, um zur Ruhe zu kommen
und zu entspannen.
Beide Funktionen können kombiniert werden.
GEBRAUCH
EIN UND AUSSCHALTEN
Der Hauptschalter befindet sich auf der
Geräte-Unterseite.
−Schalten Sie die Einschlafhilfe mit dem Ein- und Aus-
schalter ein (ON) und wieder aus (OFF).
NATURKLÄNGE UND GERÄUSCHE ABSPIELEN
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein.
2. Drücken Sie ca. 2 Sekunden auf .
3. Tippen Sie auf das gewünschte Klangsymbol.

4. Stellen Sie mit die gewünschte Lautstärke ein.
5. Drücken Sie ca. 2 Sekunden auf , um die Klangwie-
dergabe zu stoppen.
EINSCHLAFLICHT VERWENDEN
Für diese Funktion muss der Raum möglichst dunkel
sein.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein.
2. Drücken Sie ca. 2 Sekunden auf .
−Ein blaues und leicht waberndes Bild wird an die
Zimmerdecke geworfen.
−Der Rhythmus, in dem sich das Licht ausdehnt,
wird mit der Zeit länger.
3. Halten Sie die Augen geöffnet und versuchen Sie im
Takt des Lichtes ein- und wieder auszuatmen.

Das Licht dehnt sich aus. Das Licht nimmt ab.
−Atmen Sie ein. −Atmen Sie aus.
4. Drücken Sie ca. 2 Sekunden auf , um das Licht
auszuschalten.
SLEEPTIMER NUTZEN AUTO OFF
Nach einer wählbaren Zeit schalten sich die Naturklän-
ge/Geräusche oder das Licht oder auch beides aus.
1. Schalten Sie die gewünschten Funktionen ein (Sound
und/oder Licht).

2. Tippen Sie die

dauer an: 10, 30 oder
60 (Minuten).
3. Nach Ablauf der ein-
gestellten Zeit schal-
tet sich das Gerät
automatisch aus.

Um das Gerät vor Ablauf der gewählten
Zeit auszuschalten, drücken Sie oder
oder beide Tasten (je nach gewählter
Funktion).
Bitte beachten: Aktivieren Sie den
Sleep-Timer nach jedem Einschalten der
Einschlafhilfe ERNEUT durch ein kurzes
Antippen, auch wenn die Timer-Anzeige
bereits leuchtet.
REINIGEN
HINWEIS vor Sachschaden
−Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
−Verwenden Sie keinesfalls harte, krat-
zende oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel
o. Ä., um die Waage zu reinigen. Hierbei
könnte die Oberfläche zerkratzen.
−Wischen Sie das Gerät bei Bedarf mit einem leicht an-
gefeuchteten Tuch sauber.

This device is designed as a sleeping aid and is only suit-
able for private use indoors.
The device is not suitable for commercial use in practic-
es or therapies. The sleeping aid is not a medical device.

SAFETY
Children must not play with the device.
The device contains a lithium-ion bat-
tery. Avoid dismantling, throwing into
fire or short-circuiting the battery. Risk
of explosion! Protect the built-in bat-
tery from excessive heat. The battery is
firmly installed in the device and cannot
and must not be replaced or removed.
Improper removal of the battery may
result in a risk of explosion. If the battery
is defective, contact the service centre or
a specialist workshop.
DANGER FOR CHILDREN
Keep packaging material away from children. There is
a risk of choking if swallowed.
DANGER FROM ELECTRICITY
Do not make any modifications to the item. Only
allow repairs to be carried out at a specialist work-
shop, since inexpertly repaired devices can present
hazards to the user.
Do not open the housing and do not insert any objects
into the housing apertures.

Do not place any containers filled with liquids on
or near the device. The container may tip over and
the leaking fluid may adversely affect the electrical
safety.
BEWARE OF MATERIAL DAMAGE
Protect the sleeping aid from strong impacts, shocks,
direct sunlight, dirt and high humidity.
Do not make any changes to the item. Only allow
repairs to be carried out by a specialist workshop.
Repairs carried out improperly can considerably
endanger the user.
Never place the sleeping aid on or near hot surfaces
(for example, hot plates, etc.).
Never expose the sleeping aid to a high temperature
(heating, etc.) or adverse weather conditions (rain, etc.).
Do not place any objects on the device.
The device has rubber feet. Since surfaces are made
from different materials and treated with different
care products, it cannot be completely ruled out that
some of these substances contain ingredients that
may adversely affect and soften the material of the
rubber feet. If necessary, place a non-slip pad under-
neath the device.
Use only original accessories.
Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents,
abrasives, hard sponges, etc. for cleaning.

tion of defects on the basis of material or fabrication

In the event of a warranty claim, please return the

CHARGING THE BATTERY
−Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the USB
socket on the device and to the USB socket on a com-
puter (PC, tablet, laptop) or a USB charger.
The red control light indicates the charging process:
Flashes: Battery is charging
Glows steadily: Battery is fully charged

The charging time during initial operation is approx.
1.5 hours.
When the battery is fully charged, an operating time
is approx. 6 hours.
ABOUT THE SLEEPING AID
The device has functions that can help you relax and fall
asleep:
Different natural sounds and noises.
A light that is projected onto the ceiling and visually
simulates the human breath. Adjust your breath to
the light to calm down and relax.
Both functions can be combined.
USE
POWER ON⁄OFF
The main switch is located on the underside of the
device.
−Use the on/off switch to switch the sleeping aid on
(ON) and off (OFF).
PLAYING DOWN NATURAL SOUNDS AND NOISES
1. Switch on the device.
2. Press and hold down for approx. 2 seconds.
3. Select the desired sound icon.

USING THE FALLASLEEP LIGHT
For this function, it must be as dark as possible in the
room.
1. Switch on the device.
2. Press and hold down for approx. 2 seconds.
−A blue and slightly quaking image will be pro-
jected onto the ceiling.
−The rhythm in which the light fades in becomes
increasingly longer.
3. Keep your eyes open and try to inhale and exhale in
time with the light.

USING THE SLEEP TIMER AUTO OFF
The natural sounds/noises or the light or both will
switch off automatically after a selected time period.

agents or the like to clean the scale. Other-
wise, the surface could be scratched.
−Wipe clean the device with a slightly damp cloth, if
necessary.

Questo dispositivo offre funzioni che possono aiutare a
rilassarsi e addormentarsi:
Vari suoni della natura e rumori.
Una luce proiettata sul soffitto che simula visiva-
mente il respiro umano. Regolando il respiro in base
alla luce è possibile calmarsi e rilassarsi.
Le due funzioni possono essere abbinate.
USO
ACCENSIONE E SPEGNIMENTO
L’interruttore principale si trova sul lato inferiore del
dispositivo.
−Accendere il dispositivo concilia-sonno spostando l’in-
terruttore principale su ON; per spegnerlo, spostare
l’interruttore su OFF.
RIPRODUZIONE DEI SUONI DELLA NATURA E DEI
RUMORI
1. Accendere il dispositivo.
2. Tenere premuto per circa 2 secondi il pulsante .

viene proiettata sul soffitto.
−Il ritmo con cui la luce si espande diventa più
lento nel tempo.
3. Tenete gli occhi aperti e cercate di inspirare ed espi-
rare al ritmo della luce.
