Machine à pâtes manuelle KG 2102

Installation du séchoir à pâtes
Posez le séchoir bien assemblé sur
une surface solide et plane.
Préparation de la pâte
Recette de base pour 6personnes:
500g de farine (ou 250g de farine de blé tendre et 250g de farine de blé dur)
5œufs
1pincée de sel
1cuillère à café d’huile d’olive ou de tournesol (facultatif)
1à 2cuillères à soupe d’eau
1. Versez la farine dans un récipient et creusez une fontaine au centre.
2. Versez les œufs dans la fontaine et mélangez les ingrédients à l’aide d’une
fourchette.
3. Pétrissez bien la pâte avec les mains jusqu’à l’obtention d’une pâte lisse.
4. Placez idéalement la pâte aussitôt après sa confection au moins une heure au
réfrigérateur.
Nota:
Vous pouvez également préparer la pâte sans œufs. Dans ce cas, utilisez environ
180 à 200ml d’eau et ajoutez 2cuillères à café d’huile d’olive ou de tournesol.
Si possible, n’utilisez pas dœufs sortant directement du réfrigérateur.
Si la pâte est trop sèche, ajoutez un peu d’eau pour la rendre plus lisse. Si la
pâte est trop molle, ajoutez un peu de farine. La pâte présente une consistance
optimale lorsqu’elle ne colle pas aux mains.
