5. Coloque la rueda de ajuste en posición 6 y vuelva a pasar la masa de la pasta entre
los rodillos.
6. Repita el proceso y, después de cada pasada, coloque la rueda de ajuste en la
siguiente posición, hasta que la masa presente el grosor deseado.
7. Corte la lámina de masa con un cuchillo afilado en tiras de unos 25 cm de largo.
En la posición 1 obtendrá una masa muy na. En caso necesario,
pruebe otras posiciones para determinar la más adecuada para su
masa.
Si tiene problemas para trabajar con láminas largas de pasta, puede
cortarla en porciones más cortas.
Elaboración de la pasta
Con ambos accesorios puede elaborar espaguetis o fettucine.
1. Si aún no lo ha hecho, deslice el
accesorio de corte en los laterales
de la máquina para pasta para
encajarlo. Debe empujar en
ángulo desde arriba. Preste
atención a las ranuras a los lados
del accesorio de corte y de la
máquina para pasta.
2. Coloque la manivela en el rodillo
correspondiente del accesorio
de corte, en función del tipo
de pasta que desee elaborar
(espaguetis o fettucine). Utilice la
manivela para pasar la lámina de
masa a través del rodillo de corte.
