Instalación del secador de pasta

−Coloque el secador de pasta, con

todas sus piezas bien encajadas,

en una supercie estable y lisa.

Elaboración de la masa

Receta básica para 6 personas:

500 g harina (o 250 g harina de trigo blando y 250 g harina de trigo duro)

5 huevos

1 pizca de sal

1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva o de girasol (opcional)

1-2 cucharadas de agua

1. Vierta la harina en un cuenco y forme un hueco en el centro.

2. Eche los huevos dentro del hueco y mezcle los ingredientes con un tenedor.

3. Amase bien con las manos hasta que se forme una masa suave.

4. Lo ideal es dejar reposar la masa de la pasta en un lugar fresco al menos una hora.

También puede preparar la masa de la pasta sin huevo. En ese caso, necesitará

aproximadamente 180-200 ml de agua y 2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva o

girasol.

Si es posible, no utilice huevos recién sacados de la nevera.

Si la masa queda muy seca, añada algo de agua para suavizarla. En caso de que

esté demasiado blanda, añada harina. La masa tiene la consistencia óptima

cuando no se pega a las manos.
