Heating water to a specific temperature
1. Remove the water tank from the base
to fill it.
2. Press the release button to open the lid.
3. Fill with the desired amount of fresh,
cold water.
Observe the level indicator inside
thewater tank:
The water level must be between
MINand MAX.
4. Close the lid again.
Make sure that the lid clicks audibly
intoplace.
5. Place the water tank on the base.
As soon as the tank is on the base,
abeep sounds.
6. Press the button.
The display shows the current water temperature, the adjustable temperature
degrees and their range of use.
Display indication Application examples
Large digits at the top: current water temperature
100 °C - Boiling water
90 °C - Brew coffee
80 °C - Prepare oolong tea or white tea
70 °C - Prepare fine green tea
40 °C - Prepare baby food
7. Press SET.
8. Select the desired temperature range by repeatedly pressing the SET button.
Abeep sounds each time the button is pressed.
The symbol of the selected function flashes, e.g. at 40 °C.
The water is then heated to the appropriate temperature. The current water
temperature is shown in the upper part of the display.
As soon as the set temperature is reached, a beep sounds and the corresponding
symbol stops flashing.
9. Remove the water tank from the base and pour out the water slowly. Do not open
the lid while pouring.
