Determinar el peso y el IMC
1. Mantenga pulsado el botón SET durante unos segundos.
En la pantalla aparece un número de memoria parpadeando.
2. Seleccione el espacio de memoria en el que está memorizada su altura con la tecla
o . Espere hasta que la pantalla muestre "0,0".
3. Colóquese sobre la báscula. Permanezca sobre ella sin moverse y no se sujete a
nada.
−Primero, se muestra el peso.
−Posteriormente, se muestra el espacio de memoria y nuevamente el peso.
−Después, verá su índice de masa corporal (vea la siguiente sección).
El resultado del pesaje (peso e IMC) se muestra 3 veces en total. Después la báscula
se desconecta automáticamente.
Significado de su índice de masa corporal.
El IMC proporciona la relación entre la altura y el peso y es únicamente un valor
orientativo aproximado. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) el índice
óptimo se sitúa entre 18,6 y 25.
Los hombre tienen normalmente una proporción mayor de masa muscular en
el cuerpo que las mujeres; la edad y el sexo tienen un papel importante en la
interpretación del IMC.

Reiniciar la báscula
Restablezca los valores de fábrica de la báscula cuando en la pantalla aparezcan valores
inusuales o claramente erróneos.
1. Saque las pilas de su compartimento y espere un momento.
2. Vuelva a colocar las pilas.
Preste atención a la polaridad correcta de las pilas (+/-).
Cuando vuelva a conectarse, puede volver a pesar al bebé como siempre.
