4. Weighing function (weight measurement only)

1. Switch on the scale by using the step-on-function. Just step on the scale. Remain

stationary on the weighing platform and do not hold you tight. After a few seconds,

your weight will be displayed.

2. After weighing, step off the scale. The scale will switch off automatically after a few

seconds.

5. Programming / Enter of personal data

Before first time use your personal data like gender (female or male), body height and

age must be programmed and saved under selected locations 1 – 12 (up to 12 persons).

The enter keys are located right hand beside the display. To enter your personal data

please utilise the buttons: ON/SET (on and save button),  (plus button),  (minus

button) and follow the particular points:

1. Place the scale on a table and press the ON/SET-button.

2. The display indicates flashing, “ Code 1” . To select your

personal location (1– 12) press the  or  button. After

the selection of your personal location press the ON/SET-

button to save the reading.

3. After you’ ve selected your personal location (e.g. 5), the

symbol for gender starts to flash. To select the requested

gender (female / male), press the  or  button. After the

selection of your gender press the ON/SET-button to

save the reading.

4. after you have selected your gender (e.g. female), the

symbol for body height starts to flash (default 165 cm). To

enter your height press the  or  button. After the

selection for your height press the ON/SET-button to save

the reading.

5. After you’ ve selected your body height (e.g. 166 cm), the

symbol for age starts to flash (default age 25). To enter

your age press the  or  button. After the selection of

your age press the ON/SET-button to save the reading.

After input completion tap with your hand or foot shortly on the scale or press the

START-button. The display indicates the signal “ 0.0 kg” . Afterwards the scale

automatically powers off.

To enter personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.

6. Body Analysis

An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first (please

see page 4).

1. Switch on the scale by using the step-on-function. For this, tap with your foot shortly on

the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal “ 0.0 kg” . Press the ON/SET-

button and select with the  or  button your personal location.

2. On the display, you can see your personal data (age, body height, and gender). Now

press the START-button. At the first time measurement the display indicates the signal

„ 0.0” kg. When you once used the scale, the display indicates primarily the readings of

your last measurement. This function allows you to follow the changes between your

measurements. As soon as the display shows „ 0.0“ the scale is prepared for the

measurement.

3. Carefully in bare feet step on the stainless steel strips on the right and left side of the

weighing platform and remain stationary while the measurement is now taking place.

4. At first, your weight will be indicated on the display. Shortly after, while the analysis is

taking place, on the display the signal “ ooo” starts to move. After completion of the

measurement, your measured values will be shown as follows:

a. Your body fat % and beneath as barcode an evaluation of your body fat status

(lllli – too lean / llll lllli – lean / llll llll lllli – normal / llll llll llll lllli – fat / llll llll llll llll lllli – too fat),

your body water % and your weight kg.

b. Your muscle mass %, your bone mass % and your daily calorie requirement (basal

metabolic rate).

EXAMPLE:

Body Fat / Body Water / Weight Muscle Mass / Bone Mass / D. C. R.

5. Afterwards your measured values will be shown in changes successively 3 times. After

this, the scale switches off automatically.
