1. Nacisnąć krótko przycisk SET, aby włączyć wagę.

2. Za pomocą przycisku lub wybrać miejsce wpamięci, wktórym mają zostać

zapisane własne dane dotyczące ciała.

Numer miejsca w pamięci zamiga kilka razy, po czym na wyświetlaczu pojawi się

„0.0” i wybrana jednostka miary, np. B. „kg”.

3. Stanąć bez obuwia na wadze. Stać spokojnie i nie przytrzymywać się.

−Upewnić się, że każda stopa znajduje się na czujniku.

−Stopy, nogi, łydki i uda nie mogą się ze sobą stykać. W przeciwnym razie pomiar

nie będzie dokładny.

Po chwili pojawi się zmierzona waga. Następnie na wyświetlaczu pojawi się wskazanie

„o” i rozpocznie się analiza ciała. W dalszym ciągu stać spokojnie.

Następnie na wyświetlaczu pojawiają się wielokrotnie zmierzone wartości:

i++ (otyły(-a))

3. Zawartość wody w %

4. Zawartość masy mięśniowej %

5. Zawartość masy kostnej w %

6. KCAL Podstawowa przemiana materii w kcal

7. BMI Twój wskaźnik masy ciała (BMI)

Wywoływanie zapisanych wartości

Po każdej analizie można w każdej chwili wyświetlić swoje ostatnie pomiary.

1. Nacisnąć SET i wybrać miejsce w pamięci.

Wskaźnik pamięci przestaje migać po kilku sekundach i na wyświetlaczu pojawia się

wskaźnik „0.0” oraz ustawiona jednostka miary, np. „kg”.

2. Wybrać wyświetlanie automatyczne, naciskając jednokrotnie lub , albo poprzez

ponowne naciśnięcie lub wyświetlanie ręczne ostatniego pomiaru.
