MONTAGE DE LA JAQUETTE / MONTAGE VAN DE OMMANTELING
1) La livraison de la chaudière CA contient les sous-ensembles
suivants:
- Corps de chauffe non isolé
•Leschicanessontemballées,l'ensembleestfixéauxtubulures
de la chaudière.
•Danslefoyersontdisposés:
L'isolation du corps de chauffe avec protection en alu (Laine de
roche en rouleau).
L'isolation du tube de combustion (fibre céramique)
Set d'assemblage (avec vis, écrou, butée de l'interrupteur de
porte,...).
Uncerclagebleupermettantdefixerl'isolationaucorps.
- Crête en bois comprenant:
•Lajaquetteisolée
•Letableaudecommande(avecinterrupteurportepré-câblé),
emballé avec cette notice
•uneisolationsupplémentairepourlecorpsdechauffe.
1) De CA ketel wordt in 2 partijen geleverd:
- Niet geïsoleerd ketellichaam:
•deretarderszijnverpaktenaanhetketellichaamgehecht.
•indevuurhaardbevindenzich:
een rol rotswolisolatie met alu-laag voor het ketellichaam
de isolatie van het verbrandingskanaal (ceramiek vezel)
monteerset met vijzen, bouten, nok voor deurschakelaar...
blauwe omsnoeringsband om de isolatie rond het ketellichaam
te fixeren.
- Houten krat met:
•Geïsoleerdeommanteling
•Bedieningspaneel(metvoorbedradedeurschakelaar)sarnen
met deze technische brochure
•eensupplementaireisolatievoorhetketellichaam.
2) Enrouler l'isolation, recouverte d'une feuille d'alu, autour du corps de
la chaudière.
Entailler l'isolation pour qu'elle puisse épouser les tubulures.
Fixer l'isolation à l'aide des cerclages livrés à cet effet.
2) De isolatie met alu bekleding rond het ketellichaam wikkelen.
De isolatie rond de buizen uitsnijden zodanig dat deze goed aansluit.
De isolatie fixeren met de daartoe geleverde omsnoeringsband.
3) Placer les positionneurs de faces latérales sur les profils de renfort
inférieurs de la chaudière.
3) De klemmen voor de zijpanelen onderaan de steunframe plaatsen.
De buitenste klemmen dienen enkel ais steun.
De middenste klem fungeert daarbij nog ais blokkage.
