4. Kies op de eerste wizardpagina van de installatiewizard het gewenste type installatie (Standaard,

Aangepast of Volledig) om de onderdelen van het programma te herstellen of te wijzigen.

Een upgrade uitvoeren vanaf een oudere versie van Acronis True Image Home

Als er een eerdere versie van Acronis True Image Home op uw computer is geïnstalleerd, wordt deze

gewoon bijgewerkt. U hoeft de oude versie dus niet te verwijderen voordat u de nieuwste versie

installeert.

Houd er rekening mee dat back-ups die met een nieuwere versie zijn gemaakt mogelijk niet

compatibel zijn met de vorige programmaversies. Als u de nieuwste versie van Acronis True Image

Home 2011 van het systeem verwijdert en vervolgens een oudere versie installeert, dient u dus

opnieuw back-ups te maken met behulp van de oudere versie. We raden u overigens ten zeerste aan

een nieuw opstartmedium te maken na elke upgrade van Acronis True Image Home.

1.3.1 Welkomstvenster

Wanneer u Acronis True Image Home 2011 voor de eerste keer na de installatie start, zoekt het

programma naar Acronis-back-ups op uw computer. Als er back-ups worden gevonden (die zijn

gemaakt met de huidige of een oudere versie van Acronis True Image Home 2011), wordt het

welkomstscherm overgeslagen. Alle gevonden back-ups worden toegevoegd aan de lijst met back-

ups in het programma.

Het welkomstvenster wordt weergegeven in de volgende situaties

 Er zijn geen back-ups gevonden tijdens het zoeken.

 Er zijn back-ups gevonden, maar er is geen informatie over de back-ups beschikbaar voor Acronis

True Image Home 2011 (zoals bron, bestemming en planning voor de back-ups, enz.). Dit kan

bijvoorbeeld het geval zijn als er een back-up op een andere computer is gemaakt. Acronis True

Image Home 2011 voegt deze toe aan de back-uplijst.
