1.6 Einen Systembericht generieren

Wenn Sie Hilfe vom Acronis Support-Team benötigen, sind zur Lösung Ihres Problems zumeist auch

Informationen über Ihr System nötig. Manchmal ist das Einholen dieser Informationen ein

unbequemer und zeitraubender Prozess. Acronis True Image Online verfügt über ein Tool zur

Vereinfachung der Prozedur. Es erstellt einen Systembericht, der alle notwendigen technischen

Informationen enthält und von Ihnen in einer Datei gespeichert werden kann. Falls erforderlich,

können Sie diese Datei an Ihre Problembeschreibung anhängen und an das Acronis Support-Team

senden, um die Suche nach einer entsprechenden Lösung zu vereinfachen und zu beschleunigen.

So erstellen Sie einen Systembericht:

 Klicken Sie im Menü Hilfe auf Systembericht generieren – oder

 klicken Sie im Hauptfenster des Programms auf den Hilfe-Pfeil und wählen Sie Systembericht

generieren

Nachdem der Bericht erstellt wurde:

 Um den soeben erstellten Systembericht in eine Datei zu speichern, klicken Sie auf Speichern

und geben im sich öffnenden Dialogfeld ein Ziel für die Datei an. Daraufhin können Sie den

Bericht an das Acronis Support-Team schicken.

 Um den erstellten Systembericht in eine Datei zu speichern und direkt an das Acronis Support-

Team zu schicken, klicken Sie auf Speichern und senden und geben dann ein Ziel für die Datei an.

Das Programm öffnet anschließend Ihr E-Mail-Programm und fügt die Berichtsdatei der Nachricht

an das Acronis Support-Team als Anlage hinzu.

 Wenn Sie das Hauptfenster des Programms verlassen möchten, ohne den Bericht zu speichern,

klicken Sie auf Abbrechen.
