19. Hoe stel ik Versneld kiezen in?

 Om Versneld kiezen in te stellen voert u *74 in, gevolgd door een code

voor Versneld kiezen (eencijferig nummer). Toets daarna het

telefoonnummer in dat u voor deze code voor Versneld kiezen wilt

gebruiken en druk op #. Om het nummer te bellen toetst u de

betreffende eencijferige code voor Versneld kiezen in en drukt u op #.

20. Biedt ACN elektronische facturering?

 Ja, ACN biedt elektronische facturering. Zodra uw maandelijkse factuur

beschikbaar is, wordt u per e-mail op de hoogte gebracht. Via een link

kunt u uw factuur dan online bekijken.

21. Uit welke betaalopties kan ik kiezen?

 Betaling voor uw ACN adapter kan alleen per creditcard worden gedaan.

U kunt dan zelf kiezen of u de maandelijkse kosten per creditcard betaalt

of via automatische incasso.

22. Hoe wijzig ik mijn accountgegevens en beheer ik mijn serviceopties?
