El sistema Accu-Chek Performa Nano
El medidor Accu-Chek Performa Nano está concebido para el uso con las tiras reactivas Accu-Chek
Performa para mediciones cuantitativas de glucemia en sangre fresca venosa, arterial, neonatal y sangre
total capilar con el fin de analizar la eficacia del control de glucemia. La sangre total capilar para realizar
mediciones de glucemia se puede obtener de la yema del dedo y de lugares alternativos aprobados (por
ejemplo, del antebrazo). Para más detalles acerca de los lugares alternativos aprobados y las limitaciones
asociadas, consulte el apartado sobre medición en lugares alternativos (AST) de estas instrucciones de
uso. El medidor Accu-Chek Performa Nano y las tiras reactivas Accu-Chek Performa ofrecen un sistema
completo de ensayo concebido para el uso diagnóstico in vitro por personal sanitario en ambientes
hospitalarios y para el uso doméstico por personas con diabetes. El sistema no debe usarse para el
diagnóstico o la evaluación de la diabetes mellitus. La obtención y preparación de muestras por parte de
personal sanitario se describen en el prospecto de las tiras reactivas.
