Automatisch inbrengen met
1. Was uw handen.
2. Reinig de insteek-
plaats overeenkom-
stig de aanwijzingen
van uw behandelaar.
De grote geperforeer-
de U-vorm geeft de
zijde van de koppeling
voor het slanggedeelte
aan.
Druk de zelfklevende
pleister stevig op de
huid en controleer of
deze vastzit.
Duw het span element
van de inbrenghulp
(grijs) in de basis
(blauw).
Verwijder de transpa-
rante beschermhuls
voorzichtig van de
infusieset door er tege-
lijkertijd aan te trekken
en te draaien.
Houd de zelfklevende
pleister op zijn plaats,
druk licht op de zijklem-
men van de blauwe
handgreep en trek deze
uit de canulebehuizing.
De inbrenghulp is nu
voorgespannen.
Bij deze stap wordt de
veiligheidspal auto-
matisch vergrendeld,
waardoor de inbreng-
hulp beveiligd is.
Verwijder beide stro-
ken van de afdekfolie.
Leg één vinger op de
canulebehuizing om
deze op zijn plaats te
houden en trek de ge-
leidingsnaald er aan de
handgreep recht uit.
Houd de infusieset met
duim en wijsvinger
bij de transparante
beschermhuls vast.
Breng de infusieset met
de blauwe kap naar
boven gericht in de ope-
ning van de inbrenghulp
aan tot u voelt dat deze
vastklikt.
Houd de basis van de
inbrenghulp (blauw)
stevig met één hand
vast en trek met de
andere hand het spa-
nelement (grijs) eruit
en zo ver mogelijk
omhoog.
Draai de luer in de adapter van de pomp.
Vul de Accu-Chek FlexLink overeenkomstig de
handleiding van de pomp totdat er insuline uit de
punt van de verbindingsnaald druppelt.
Controleer of er zich geen luchtbellen in de patroon
of infusieset bevinden.
Koppel de slang vast aan het ingebrachte canule-
gedeelte en vul de lege ruimte in de canule met een
bolus van 1,0 eenheden.
Juiste plaatsing van de
infusieset.
Kijk nooit in de
opening van de in-
brenghulp als hierin
een infusieset is aan-
gebracht. Gebruik de
inbrenghulp niet in de
buurt van het gezicht
of de ogen.
Plaats de inbrenghulp
op de infusieplaats en
activeer de inbrenghulp
door de veiligheidspal uit
de ‘vergrendelde’ positie
te schuiven. Ontgrendel
de inbrenghulp pas
nadat deze op de huid
is geplaatst. Druk op de
ontgrendelknop om de
canule in te brengen.
