treţinerii defectuoase sau lipsei întreţinerii nu

reprezintă defecte.

• Zgârieturile reprezintă semne normale de uzură

şi nu reprezintă defecte.

• Pe părţile textile care s-au umezit şi nu au fost

uscate, se poate forma mucegai. Acest fenomen

nu reprezintă un defect de fabricație.

• Expunerea la razele solare, transpiraţia, deter-

genţii, frecarea sau spălările prea frecvente nu

exclud decolorarea şi, prin urmare, aceasta nu

constituie un defect.

• Roţile uzate ca urmare a rulării reprezintă sem-

ne naturale de uzură şi nu constituie motive de

reclamaţie.
