2. Slide the removable large stimulation pad onto the belt.

3. Apply the control unit by using the snaps on the large

stimulation pad.

4. Before you can start using the belt, you will have to apply the enclosed gel to the black

silicone electrodes. The gel serves as a contact medium between the skin and electrode.

Use preferably water-based gels as a contact medium.

5. Your “Ab Maxx Pro II” is now ready for use.

Preparation for using the small stimulation pad

1. You can use the small stimulation pad for working out muscle groups on your arm or leg.

2. Attach one of the two adjusting belts on the small stimula-

tion pad using the Velcro® strip.

3. Secure the microprocessor on the small stimulation pad us-

ing the snap fasteners.

4. Before you can start using the belt, you will have to apply the enclosed gel to the silicone

electrodes on the back of the stimulation pad. The gel serves as a contact medium be-

tween the skin and electrode. Use preferably water-based gels as a contact medium.

5. Your “Ab Maxx Pro II” is now ready for use.

Stimulation

1. After having realized all preparation steps, you can put on the belt.

2. Make sure that the belt is not too tight. If the belt for large stimulation pad is too small

for you, you can use the elastic belts for the small stimulation pad to increase the belt

circumference.

3. Arrange the silicone electrodes so that they stimulate the muscle groups that you want

to stimulate. If you shift the stimulation pads during use, you will notice that muscle

contractions increase or decrease. The best position is an area where you notice the

strongest contractions.
