#5 ONDERSTE HELFT BUIKSPIEREN:

Neem plaats op de machine met de benen licht

gebogen als op de foto. Hoofd rustend op het kus-

sentje en handen losjes op de hendels. Begin met

de knieën naar de borst te brengen en weer terug

naar de start positie, zorg dat uw rug niet van het

kussentje omhoog komt zodra de benen in de start

positie terugkomen. Beweeg uw bovenlichaam niet

van het kussentje. Deze oefening richt zich op de

onderste streek van de buikspieren.

#6 WISSELENDE BEEN CRUNCH:

Neem plaats op de machine het hoofd rustend op

het kussentje en handen losjes op de hendels. Start

met gebogen knieën, wissel 1 been tegelijk Recht

vooruit. Crunch met uw bovenlichaam Terwijl u lang-

zaam terugkomt naar de start positie herhaal dan

met het andere been. Dit is een gemiddelde/gevor-

derde oefening. Deze oefening plaatst gevorderde

accent op zowel bovenste als onderste streek van

de buikspieren.
