Logging You r Phone on Third-Party Systems
You want to operate your phone on a third-party system. You can log your phone on to a third-party
system that supports the GAP standard.
To log on your phone on a third-party system, proceed according the instructions in "Configuring Phone
Functions".
Supported Features
Even on a third-party system you do not have to do without the phone's operator convenience: This
means the basic functions and the operator prompting remain the same, and are fully supported (see
Chapter "Dialling and Making Phone Calls" and "Operator Prompting"). Most of the terminal settings
are also supported (see Chapter "Customising the Phone Settings"). Functions supported (summary):
Call lists (10 entries each in the list of answered calls and the list of unanswered calls)
Last-number redial list (last 10 calls)
Private phone book (100 entries)
Copy call number from call list to private phone book
4 configurable Hotkeys
Banner-page text, user editable
Display caller's call number and caller's name, provided they are either entered in the local phone book
or transmitted by the third-party system.
Discreet ringing
Vibra call (130pro)
Headset socket (130pro)
Socket for direct charger (130pro)
Enquiry call during a call
Hands-free operation: Switch microphone on / off during a call
Menu texts in more than 13 languages
Features that Depend on the Third-Party System
With certain telephony features, it depends on the connected third-party system whether or not those
features are supported:
Forward calls
Forwarding calls
Picking Up a Call
Set up conference from the idle state
Paging an Internal Subscriber
Answer the pager
Answering a General Bell
Protect against Call waiting
