Bedienungsanleitung
1. Vorbereitung
Den Sprossengarten mit kaltem Wasser abspü-
len. Das Gerät an einem hellen und warmen
Ort aufstellen. Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ver-
meiden.
2. Spülen
Die Samen vor dem Aussäen in einem Sieb un-
ter fließendem Wasser gut spülen.
3. Aussaat
Die Samen in einer dünnen Schicht auf der
Keimschale verteilen. Bei kleineren Samenkör-
nern vorher ein Vliespapier in die Keimschale
legen und anfeuchten.
4. Wässern
Das ganze Gerät mit dem Deckeldurchbruch
unter fließendes kaltes Wasser stellen, oder
die Schalen einzeln wässern. Die ungekeimten
Samen reichlich spülen, sobald die Samen zu
keimen beginnen, nur noch den Boden der
Saatschale feucht halten. Durch die seitlichen
Schlitze in der Bodenschale entweicht das
überschüssige Wasser. Leichtes Schrägstellen
senkt den Wasserspiegel und verhindert das
Überschwappen. Wasserauffangschale sofort
nach dem Wasserdurchlauf entleeren und et-
was frisches Wasser einfüllen, so dass der Bo-
den bedeckt ist.
Instructions for use
1. Prepare
Rinse the Mini Greenhouse with cold water. Put
the Mini Greenhouse in a bright, warm place.
Avoid direct sunlight.
2. Rinse
Rinse the seeds well in a sieve under running
water before sowing.
3. Sow
Scatter a thin layer of seeds on the seed tray.
For smaller seeds, place a piece of fleece paper
in the seed tray beforehand and moisten.
4. Water
Place the whole greenhouse with the lid ope-
ning under running cold water, or water the
trays individually. Water the seeds abundantly
until they germinate, but once they start to sp-
rout, only keep the base of the seed tray moist.
The surplus water escapes through the slits in
the side of the tray base. Incline slightly to lo-
wer the water level and prevent overspill. Once
the water has flowed through the greenhouse,
immediately empty the surplus water tray and
fill with a little fresh water – enough to cover
the bottom.

5. Ernten
Nach 3-7 Tagen knackig frische Sprossen und
Keimlinge ernten.
6. Reinigung
Alle verwendeten Gegenstände (Sprossengar-
ten, Sieb, Gießwassergefäß, Löffel, ...) müssen
sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Am besten mit
Obstessig und einer weichen Bürste. Das Gerät
ist spülmaschinenfest (im obersten Korb, max.
85°C). Mit klarem Wasser nachspülen und
trocknen lassen.
Anfangs die samenspezifischen Informationen
wie Aussaatmenge und Wässerungszeit in der
Samentabelle beachten. Anhand der eigenen
Erfahrungen können diese Werte dann auch
angepasst werden.
Schleimbildende Samen wie Kresse nach Be-
ginn der Schleimbildung nur noch mit frischem
Wasser besprühen.
Erntegut vor dem Verzehr waschen. Werden
diese nicht sofort verzehrt, sollten sie im Kühl-
schrank aufbewahrt werden (nicht länger als
2-3 Tage).
5. Harvest
Harvest fresh, crunchy shoots and sprouts 3-7
days later.
6. Clean
All the objects used must be carefully clea-
ned (Mini Greenhouse, sieve, water container,
spoon etc.), preferably using fruit vinegar and a
soft brush. The greenhouse can be dishwashed
(in the top tray, max. 85°C).
Rinse with clear water and leave to dry.
At the beginning, note seed-related informati-
on such as sowing quantity and watering time
in the seed table. You can then adapt these
values depending on your own experiences.
For mucilaginous seeds such as cress: once the
mucilage has started to form, only spray with
fresh water.
Wash harvested sprouts before consuming.
If not eaten immediately, they should be stored
in the fridge (for no longer than 2-3 days).
