2 VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
De installatie en inbedrijfstelling van het zonnepompstation, alsook de aansluiting van de
elektrische onderdelen, vereisen specialistische technische kennis overeenkomstig erkende
diploma’s op het gebied van loodgieterswerk en verwarmings- en airconditioningstechniek
[specialist]. Tijdens de installatie en inbedrijfstelling dienen de volgende punten in acht genomen
te worden:
• De van toepassing zijnde plaatselijke en nationale voorschriften
• De arbo-regels van de betreffende vakbond
• De aanwijzingen en veiligheidsinstructies in deze handleiding
Pas op: De hete dampen kunnen brandwonden veroorzaken!
Bij veiligheidskleppen bestaat het risico dat er hete dampen ontsnappen.
Bekijk tijdens de installatie de omstandigheden ter plekke en beslis of er een
afvoerleiding aan de veiligheidsgroep aangesloten moet worden. Volg de
aanwijzingen met betrekking tot de veiligheidsklep op.
Let op: De hoge temperaturen kunnen materiële schade veroorzaken!
Monteer de kleppen en de ttinggroep op voldoende afstand van het
collectorveld, daar de zonnevloeistof in de buurt van de collector zeer heet kan
worden.
Misschien moet een tussentank geplaatst worden om het expansievat te
beschermen.
Let op: De minerale oliën kunnen materiële schade veroorzaken!
Het is absoluut noodzakelijk om te voorkomen dat de EPDM
afdichtingselementen van het station in contact komen met stoffen die
minerale oliën bevatten. Producten die minerale oliën bevatten kunnen schade
aanrichten aan materialen waardoor deze hun afdichtingskwaliteiten verliezen.
Raadpleeg indien nodig de fabrikant om te weten te komen of de
zonnevloeistoffen, vetten of installatiehulpmiddelen minerale oliën bevatten.

van schade aan eigendommen als gevolg van op deze wijze opgelopen schade
aan afdichtingen.
