1. ALGEMEEN
1.1 Toestelomschrijving
Bouwwijze en uitrusting van dit elektrische warm water
toestel zijn volgens de Europese norm voor
elektrische huishoudelijke apparaten (1EC 335-1 en
EC 335-2-211 EN 60335-1 en EN 60335-2-21). Het
toestel voldoet daarmee aan de Europese Richtlijn voor
Elektrische Huishoudelijke Apparaten en heeft daarom
het recht een CE-markering te dragen. Het toestel is
geschikt voor een werkdruk tot 8 bar.
De tank is van plaatstaal en aan de binnenkant voorzien
van een glasslined coating. Tevens is de tank voorzien
van een opofferingsanode als extra bescherming tegen
corrosie. Een dikke PU-isolatielaag omgeven door een
stalen ommanteling voorkomt onnodig warmteverlies.
Als het toestel volledig met water gevuld is. dan staat
het voortdurend onder waterleidingdruk. bij het aftappen
van warm water uit het toestel wordt er direct weer
koud water aan het toestel toegevoerd. Voor een goede
warmteoverdracht is gebruik gemaakt van incoloy
verwarmings-elementen.
Om extra comfort te creëren kan bij lange leidingen een
circulatieleiding met circulatiepomp
aangesloten worden. De circulatieleiding is op de
koudwaterleiding aan te sluiten.
1.2 Technische beveiligingsapparatuur
1.2.1 Thermostaat
De boiler is voorzien van 1 of 2 regelthermostaten met elk
een instelbereik van 32°C tot 82°C.
Bovendien is de boiler voorzien van een
veiligheidsthermostaat, welke ingesteld staat op 95°C.
