11 Serviceprogramma
11.1 Inleiding
Met het serviceprogramma kan de installateur of
service- en onderhoudsmonteur.
• De toestelhistorie uitlezen;
• De storingshistorie uitlezen;
• De toestelhistorie uitlezen;
• De toestelselectie uitlezen;
• De pomp aan- of uitzetten;
• Het service interval instellen;
• Servicebedrijf;
• De legionellapreventie instellen.
De onderliggende paragrafen beschrijven in het kort
deze menu’s. Indien u niet op de hoogte bent van de
algehele bediening, lees dan eerst het betreffende
hoofdstuk hierover (6 "Het bedieningspaneel").
Opmerking
De notatiewijze voor de bediening van het service
menu is gelijk aan die van het
hoofdmenu (10.2 "Notatiewijze voor bediening van
het menu"). Echter, u gebruikt om het
serviceprogramma te bereiken, in plaats van voor
het hoofdmenu.
11.2 De hysterese instellen
Als de ingestelde temperatuur (SETPOINT) hoger is
dan de werkelijke watertemperatuur, dan kan het zijn
dat het toestel niet direct begint met de
opwarmcyclus (2.3 "Opwarmcyclus van het toestel").
Om het in- en uitschakelen te beperken is namelijk
een marge ingebouwd. Deze marge noemen we de
hysterese. Standaard staat deze marge op 5°C. De
opwarmcyclus start als de watertemperatuur 5°C lager
ligt dan het SETPOINT en eindigt als het water 5°C
hoger ligt dan het SETPOINT.

11.3 De storingshistorie uitlezen
U kunt de storingshistorie uitlezen via:

U krijgt een overzicht van "Blocking errors" en "Lock
out errors". In beide gevallen geldt dat de besturing 15
regels reserveert voor de laatste 15
storingsmeldingen. Zijn er minder dan 15
storingsmeldingen, dan worden drie puntjes
weergegeven. Het display toont eerst de "Blocking
errors". Na volgen de "Lock out Errors".

11.4 De toestelhistorie uitlezen
Met de toestelhistorie kunt u de bedrijfsuren, het
aantal ontstekingen, het aantal vlamfouten en het
aantal ontsteekfouten uitlezen.
